Ingredients

1 cucumber
1 ginger
8 cups water
1 lemon
1 tablespoon dried mint

Preparation

Fresh cucumber and ginger root (medium size) to shred them into cubes and place in a large bowl and add eight cups of water. Then add the lemon, washed with baking soda and cut in half, and a few fresh mint leaves or a spoonful of dried mint.

Leave the mixture overnight in the refrigerator and the next morning started with consumption, cup by cup, from morning to night. Drink is delicious, so you will not be difficult to eat.
