An Elixir of Lemon and Celery

The recipe of folk medicine for lowering cholesterol and triglycerides

Elevated cholesterol and triglycerides are problems that afflict more people.

We present you the remedy with which you will be able to regulate the fats in the blood.

For the elixir you need:

6 complete lemons (with peel)

4 celeries (without roots)

33.8 oz (1 liter) of clean boiled water


Wash the celery; remove the root by leaving only the stems and leaves.

All together (lemon and celery), cut into pieces, put in a blender and grind well to obtain a soft mass. You can use the cutter for this purpose.

Add everything in the container in which you will pour 1 liter and previously boiled and cooled water.

Stir the mixture well and allow it to stand for 24 hours at room temperature the juices to be mixed and pooled.

After aging, again stir the mixture and strain it fine with a strainer or gauze so that there is only the liquid. Pour the resulting juice in a glass bottle and keep it in the refrigerator to avoid spoiling.

Consume one small glass of gin every day before each meal without skipping (at least three times a day).
