Appetite Is Not Always a Blame: Reasons Why You Are Always Hungry !!!

Just when you eat, not even half an hour gone, and you’re hungry again? Here’s the problem and how to solve it.

1.Not  eating breakfast
Pastry may seem like a good idea if you’re in a jam, but if it becomes a habit, if you start to eat everyday, and  your body will not be happy with little doses. The good breakfast means a combination of proteins and carbohydrates that will keep you satiated for hours. Do not skip breakfast, just because, apparently, you do not have time for it.

2.Passing meals
 All day long starvation and overeating at nights are  banned  , if you want to step into old jeans from  a few years ago. So, to remind you: three meals, two snacks and do not eat after 18 o’clock.

3.Don’t  confound hunger and thirst
Sensation of hunger and thirst can often be mistaken. When you feel hunger, first drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes. If you pass the desire for food, it means that your ogranizm is dehidrated  and you only needed a glass of water.
