Vinegar has a long history of application in mitigating and solving health problems.  It is used to treat high feverand urinary tract infectionand sore throatand joint injuries.

Back pain

Fill the tub with warm water, add two cups of vinegar and enjoy the bath for twenty minutes.  This will alleviate the pain and spine or soothe the tight muscles.

Headache

To alleviate the headache, cotton pads or pieces in a mixture of warm water and vinegar (the ratio of half and half) and hold at the temples.

Leg cramps

Soak a compress with vinegar and hold on the sore spot. You will alleviate the pain caused by spasms.

Drizzle with little apple cider vinegar on the pillow to alleviate coughing.

Sore throat

Rinse throat by gurgling a drink made from 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 250 milliliters of water.

Bee sting or other insects

Make a paste of vinegar and cornstarch and apply it to the sore spot. Leave the paste to dry.

Sunburn

Vinegar has a cooling effect when it comes to less severe sunburn. It is enough to have some vinegar gently applied to the sore spot.

Sinusitis

In sick sinus it is a great help inhaling steam and especially if you add a few drops of vinegar.
