Most probably I would say no, but the problem occurs exactly in the moment when literally in the middle of the night you wake up and realize that it’s too hot or too cold. Body temperature has a significant influence on how we sleep. Towards the beginning of the night, you may have the feeling that the temperature is great for sleeping, but during the night it will be changed, so in the early morning when it is coldest, there are greatest chances to wake up before the alarm.

1. Maintain the room temperature
Majority of people have their ideal temperature which is necessary for a deep and peaceful sleep. Most people sleep most comfortable on 23 degrees Celsius, while much warmer and cooler room can disrupt the dream.
2. Cover is in layers
As the temperature of your body grow at room temperature in which you sleep, so you will not change the situation with the blanket, especially if you frequently turn so maybe one part and fall to the floor, once you feel that you cold . That’s why it’s good to have covers in layers, because it’s easy to remove a section if necessary.
3. Avoid  spicy foods for dinner
Many people don’t realize that a strong spicy food raises body temperature, especially if you eat for dinner. The increase in body temperature can cause difficulties on sleeping.
4. Take a shower with hot water before going to bed
There are numerous studies that show that long shower with hot water immediately raises the body temperature, but once you exit from the shower, it will decrease. The moment when your body temperature drops, or immediately after you exit from the bathtub is an ideal moment for sleep.
