Get Rid of the Stains, Spots and Hyperpigmentation This Natural Recipe is Made of 2 Ingrediants!

What is hyperpigmentation?

hyper

Hyperpigmentation is a disorder characterized by skin color with dark areas on it, and is caused by the increased amount of melanin, the dark pigment of the skin.
Exposure to sunlight, pregnancy, certain diseases, age or trauma can lead to disorders of melanin and create unsightly brown spots characteristic of this benign disorder.

The exact causes can be divided into two groups: external and internal.

The external causes can be those coming from the environment, such as exposure to the sun’s rays, or to chemical compounds (betaxolol, minocycline, estrogen, progesterone, and etc..).

The internal causes are related to heritage – darker-skinned people are more prone to developing this disorder.

Freckles, age spots and sun spots are caused by the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun that damage melanin and result in temporary or permanent discoloration. Often these stains can be observed on the face and hands; however, they may occur on any part of the skin that has been exposed to the sun.

The scars from trauma or surgery can also cause discoloration of the skin, and even if the problem goes away, dark spots remain.

Melasma is a skin hyperpigmentation that occurs during pregnancy, although sometimes it can also affect men.

Usually we are talking about it as the mask of pregnancy because brown spots cover the face – mainly the nose and cheeks.
This disorder usually goes away by itself after pregnancy and do not cause major problems.

Natural remedy for hyperpigmentation – recipe

1. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder (turmeric)

2. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

3. Mix well

4. Apply to the affected area

5. Leave on it for 15 minutes to dry

6. Rinse with cold water

Do not expose your skin to the sun immediately afterwards!

The application is recommended before taking a shower.
Repeat once or twice a day to a visible improvement.

This simple remedy really works and is based on the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of healing.

Lemon lightens and encourages skin peeling, and turmeric, in addition to a great brightening of the skin (and the Indians know it well), anti-inflammatory and makes the skin glow.

People with very sensitive skin can dilute lemon juice or milk substitute.
