  6. Inability to sleep
    Sleep allows our brain to get rested .Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
  7. Covering your head while sleeping
    Sleeping by covering your head,increases the carbon dioxide concentration in the brain and can lead to damaging effects.
  8. Run your brain during illnesses
    While any illness working hard or studying can lead to decreas brain effectiveness and can also damage the brain.
  9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts

    Mental conversation can promote the efficiency of the brain.
