People who regularly use the nuts in the diet are much less exposed to the risk of developing cancer or heart disease, according to a 30-year study at Harvard University.

During this study, researchers followed 119,000 men and women and found that those who eat nuts every day for 20 percent less die than those who never ate nuts.

The risk of dying from heart disease has fallen by 20 percent and the risk of cancer by 11 percent among those who every day ate nuts compared to the people that did not enter.

Health contributions and peanuts, pistachios and almonds, walnuts are other nuts.

An additional benefit of the hazelnut is that people who regularly eat are thinner.

“There is a general impression that you’ll gain weight if you eat more hazelnuts.

Our results showed the opposite, “said Jing Bao, who led the research being withheld in the journal New England Journal of medisin (New England Journal of Medicine).
