Who among us does not like his first cup of coffee? The scent, the unique aroma of warm drink enticing your senses and you are convinced that you will be ready to start the day.

However, it turned out that drinking coffee on an empty stomach can not be a healthy habit, and here’s why.

If you want to enjoy your coffee, without “stuck” protein and excess cortisol, just make sure you enter a healthy breakfast on an empty stomach, and afterwards a cup of coffee.
