In one decilitre lukewarm water mix one teaspoon of honey and two teaspoons of cinnamon powder. Mix until honey is melted. Drink it twice a day, preferably three days in a row. If you want, you can just mix honey and cinnamon without water. This natural drink helps to strengthen the immune system, as well as chronic cough, fatigue and clean sinuses.
