Katula says that for people who can dedicate 120 minutes of exercise over the weekends, a small amount of time for exercise over the week is required. This is a relief for people who have long and grueling working hours during weekdays. Also, take this time and go out for shopping, visit friends and plan your weight loss meals for the next week.
