How To Make Tasty Homemade Chips

- 1 kg potatoes
- Cooking oil
- Spices by choice



First pour the oil in a deeper pot and paste it on fire. Then cut the potatoes into thin circles (no need to peel them,but wash). Put chopped potatoes in cold water for ten minutes. After 10 minutes wash them several times with cold water and leave to drain well. Part by part place the potatoes to frie in overheated oil from 1 to 3 minutes. After extracting  place them on kitchen towels in order to absorb the oil in them. Until it’s warm add vegeta, chilli, curry.  Serve them warm with sauce if you want.
