Ice Tea Of Apricot

Make your own non-alcoholic refreshment when it is 40 degrees

 Ingredients:

11.8 oz (350 ml) juice of apricot

2 peeled the apricots

7 teaspoons of Indian tea

4 teaspoons sugar

1/2 lemon (juice)

6.7 oz (200 ml) tonic

 Preparation:

In the ice bucket pour 300 ml of juice of apricot and leave for about 5 hours in the freezer. Wash the apricots, chop and mix them with the remaining juice.

Cook about 13.5 oz (400 ml) of water and add the tea. Allow to stand covered for about 2 minutes. Then spice the tea with sugar and lemon juice and let it cool.

Apportion pieces of apricot and apricots with ice in the glasses. Pour the tea and tonics, and as desired garnish with lemon or orange, with the addition of mint.
