This probably happens because you sleep in one of the 5 positions for which experts believe that causes pain.

Avoid this position.

1st fetus poses

This is one of the worst posture in which you can sleep. Not only can cause pain in the neck and back, and those who sleep like this complain about the air flow and breathing.

2. Sleep on the right side with outstretched hands

Pregnant women are advised to avoid this posture because it can happen to disrupt the blood supply to the fetus. It also can cause heartburn, pain in the shoulders, arms and back.

3. Sleeping on your stomach

This is a very strange position, and no one should be sleeping like this.

As is obvious, sleeping with your head stuck in the pillow can lead to pain in the neck and back.

But there is something much more important and it is the question how you can breathe like this?

4. Star

Avoid this position if you do not have a problem with your shoulders.

This position allows nerve pressure, and can block the body’s internal organs, including the lungs.
