Parabens in Cosmetic- Avoid!

As a fan of cosmetics, just as decorative and preparative, I like to own as many pieces, and what’s worse, the favorite is difficult to detach even though I know I should’ve thrown away when the life marked on the package expires.

But, what enables these types of cosmetics to last so long? The answer is – preservatives or parabens.

 Parabens in cosmetics:

Makeup are chemicals that actually prevent spoilage or reproduction of microorganisms, bacteria, mold, and are commonly used methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, butyl paraben and isobutyl paraben, and the list of products in which there are almost no end.

Creams, lipstick, eye shadow, powder, blush, toothpaste, shampoos, soaps, body milk and deodorants are just some of the products that come to my mind, among whose ingredients are certainly the infamous parabens.

Furthermore, more independent and professional scientific research has shown exactly why we should avoid parabens in a wide arc.

The long-term use of products containing parabens allows their accumulation in our body, which can lead to serious illnesses.

It can also interfere with the work of our endocrine glands, such as the pineal gland, thyroid, pancreas, adrenal glands and so on.

In line with this, the cosmetics industry of course started to produce preparations labeled “paraben free”.

Such products are natural and more appropriate for our health, but were ranked high because of the cost and durability of them is significantly shorter.

But if you ask me, when health is at stake, no price is too high.
