White pine has a tree there that can grow up to 10 meters. The root penetrates deeply into the soil. While young, its branches and stems are covered with brownish-reddish crust which later becomes gray-brown.

It is also used to treat asthma and Reumah. Pine syrup is quite efficient against cough.
