Here’s a menu with which you will for just 24 hours, “blow” bloated stomach!

  • Breakfast: oatmeal and 1 cup berries or 2 hard-boiled eggs and 1 cup of berries.
  • Morning snack: Small cups of nuts and 1 orange or sticks of celery with 2 small teaspoons of peanut butter.
  • Lunch: 2 large cups mixed salad – mix lettuce, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 2 small grated carrot, 1 avocado, 1 hard-boiled egg, a spoonful of seeds, oil, lemon and vinegar.

  • Dinner: Grilled salmon fillet, blanched spinach with olive oil and garlic, roasted root vegetables.
