Puree With Garlic nd spicy Herbs – 212 Calories

1 kg potatoes, peeled and sliced into equal pieces
2 garlic cloves, peeled
4 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
one hand spicy herbs (you can use herbs to taste, for example chive and parsley or basil and oregano)
little milk

 

 

Preparation
Boil the potatoes and garlic in salt water. Drain and return to the pan still some minute to dry. Mix nicely, then add the cream, chopped herbs, salt and pepper for taste, if you want you can add a little milk to get softer puree.
