Researchers studied “Google” Analytics and noticed that the term “diet” is most searched exactly on Mondays. But do people really go on a diet after reading the mountain of material on diets at “Google”?

Yes, according to the same study, which amused the researchers,┬áthe membership cards in the gym show that – 33 percent of the people in the exercise entered exactly on Mondays.

Psychologists attribute this to the assumption that people have incentive to work on themself if they find new opportunity, an important date; in this case it is the day that symbolizes a new beginning.
