Peppers in vinegar
Ingredients:

12 small hot peppers, red, green and yellow,
one and a half mug white wine vinegar
Preparation:
Put the peppers in a clean, dry jar, and warm up the vinegar until the boiling moment. Then pour the peppers with vinegar and leave to cool at room temperature. Close the jar and leave for two weeks, and if you want,occasionally you can  shake.

 

 

Habanero mustard
Ingredients:
3 habanero peppers (small hot peppers)
2 tomatoes
5 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
80 ml ​​pineapple juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon minced coriander
salt
Preparation:
While you cut peppers in half and clean them from the seeds, be sure to use gloves because they are very spicy. Then place them in a blender together with the remaining ingredients and mix  them together. Then pour the purée in a pot and leave it to boil, and then store it in jars, leave it to stay two months. This sauce is eaten in combination with pork or grilled chicken, but keep in mind that, due to sugar and honey, it is caloric and therefore you should not exaggerate with the quantity, no matter what sauce speeds up digestion.

Sauce with chili and tomatoes:
Ingredients:
2 cans chili
1 can chopped tomatoes
40 grams chopped black garlic
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves chopped white garlic
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
60 milliliters orange juice
½ tablespoon salt
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until you get compact mixture. Then pour it into the pot and cook until it boils, then reduce the heat and cook five more minutes. So pour prepared sauce in jars and once cool, place it in the fridge. The shelf life of the sauce is one month, and it fits great with burgers, chicken or tuna.
