Due to peaceful sleep and maintaining line it is the best if you do not eat any food a few hours before going to bed. If you still need to eat, then let it be food without sugar and carbohydrates.

Going to bed hungry is “diet myth” with which we all met at least once in a lifetime.

While you sleep, the body performs a number of actions: regenerates and multiplies their cells, digests food and do a number of other biological necessities for life. All these processes in the body are looking for energy so that the body takes from the food entered during the day and night.

“If you have previously entered food rich with “empty “calories, such as chocolate or boxes of ice cream, the level of blood sugar will soon raise, and the resulting” energy “will be automatically stored in the body as fat pads,” says an Australian expert on healthy living, Dr. Tim Robards.
