“Superior Salad”– Relief Anemia With This Salad

1 egg
half kilogram spinach
1 carrot
1 teaspoon olive oil
half a grapefruit
juice of half a lemon
5 half walnuts
1 teaspoon coarsely ground flax seed
1 cup of kefir


The spinach that you will add to the sald can be raw or you can cook it in a steam or just make sauté.  To the spinach that you have prepared before, add a little olive oil, grated carrots, sliced hard boiled eggs, sliced half a grapefruit and 5 half wealnuts. Then mix them all. At the end add the coarsely ground flex seeds and the kefir .
