This recipe can now be prepared for the tea mixture and leave for the winter or to prepare cold refreshment variant.


4.4 pounds (2 kg) of various fruits (apples, pears, quince, lemon, orange, blackberry, raspberry, plum …)
2.2 pounds (1 kg) of sugar
8.4 oz ( 2.5 dl) rum
