According to some scientist it can really be usefull to our health and can be helpful for some things, but have you ever thought when it would be better to drink it. In the morning?! Evening?! 


Science says that the best moment to drink a cup of coffee is not the early morning, even though many people fail to wake up without drinking coffee. But it seems that there are other moments when is the best time to consume coffee. According to some researches, coffee does not effect whether cortisol (stress hormone) is functioning properly. The more cortisol you have, so you have more natural energy.

So, according to scientists, consuming coffee  will have sense  when cortisol in the blood falls. “Even though the level of cortisol is maximum between 08:00 and 09:00 in the morning, there are moments when they reach the peak, between 12:00 and 13:00 and from 17:30 to 18:30″ , say experts. “In the morning, coffee will be most effective between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., when cortisol levels are falling, before the raising again.
