In fact, with them you do not even have to be on a strict diet because they regulate your expressed, appetite, and with them, you eat more moderate than usual and it is easier to lose weight.

Scientists at Loma Linda University found that 4-6, walnut halves before meals successfully reduces the appetite and help for lower calorie intake in the body.

According to a study on the above mentioned universities it was found that people who were on a diet with fewer calories and more fat (which they received from walnuts) lost more body fat than those who were on a diet with more carbohydrates and a lower percentage of fat.

Walnuts mitigate hunger and are naturally rich in a large amount of nutrients, which means that by using them we take a lot of nutrients into the body with a reduced calorie intake.

If calories in your regular diet (eg, sugar, cakes) are replace with roughly equal amount of calories from walnuts, it will be a big hit.
