4-6 persons(1 serving contains 190 calories)
1 cup of red lentils
½ kg finely chopped spinach
2 small onions
2 gloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 small zucchinis
2 grated carrots
Chop up thin the onions and the garlic and fry them.Then add the extracted and washed red lentils and mix for 5 minutes.Add water and wait to boil.When the water boils,add the spinach,grated zucchinis and carrots.Adjust salt and pepper.Turn off the stove when the vegetables will became soft thoroughly.Sprinkle over with mint and serve it hot.
