Vegetarian Meatballs

It’s not said that everything you made should be done with meat. Sometimes vegetarian things can be tasty too. Here is something that can easily be made, delicious and healthy.   93a3078c-4ab2-46ff-9f67-7a3cfe42360d---0-

- 400 gr potatoes
- 300 gr spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 100 gr peas
- 100 gr of minced cheese
- 80 gr butter
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
- salt

Preparation: Cut carrots in cubes and boil them 10 minutes. Then add peas and leave 5 more minutes to boil togeteher. Fry choped  onion  with butter then add spinach and salt,and cook them for a few minutes.Boil potatoes together with the skin for 40 minutes.In a bowl add potatoes,vegetables,eggs,butter and minced cheese.Mix them well and then add bread crumbs. Form a roll and then divide it in parts and grill in hot oven with 180′C for an hour. Cut it into slices and serve.
