It is known that chili is healthy, but surely you did not know that you can make medicinal oil from them, very easily.

The oil is made from hot red peppers and it is a great help with myositis and radiculitis, neuralgia, rheumatism and joint pains. The oil of hot peppers belongs to the group of irritating and warming oils. It has stimulant operation – expanding capillaries, increases blood circulation in the upper parts of the skin. To prepare the oils of hot peppers will be needed:

10 fresh red hot peppers

2 cups of cold pressed olive oil

glass jar of 33.8 oz (1 liter)

Preparation:

Wash the peppers, and cut off the part where the stalk is and grind them in the meat grinder. You’ll get about one cup finely powdered mixture.

Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar and pour it with oil. Leave it in a dark place (such as the lower part of the kitchen units).

After 7 days strain, the contents of the jar through gauze or a plastic strainer. The used mixture of peppers can be left in the refrigerator and use as a food additive, and the reddish oil should be used for rubbing into the skin.

First you rub the oil several times a day, when you have joint pain or pain in the other body parts. After rubbing, put on warm socks or tights, if you have legs pain. Warm up and the other parts of the body, depending on the location of pain – hands, neck, back. After applying the oil, you will feel a prickling of the skin, but it will be bearable, even pleasant, as the oil warming your skin, but without creating burns.

Over time, you can reduce the intensity of applying the oil. After a month or two, you can do the procedure once a week, if there is sometimes pain in the joints due to changes in weather conditions. Store the oil in the dark place.
