1.Beer is a source of iron -  dark but also light beer has one of the most important minerals, iron, which is needed for many processes  like transmissions and oxygen in the blood. Besides, beer is enriched with folic acid, calcium and many vitamins.
2. It helps in menopause - for women in menopause beer is good food supplement. Reduces hormonal fluctuations during this period and can improve the level of estrogen.

 

3. Beer strengthens bones- B vitamins reduce the risk of osteoporosis in women who are prone to higher risk for osteoporosis than men.
4. Beer regenerates, strengthen  and hydrates the body – beer is a source of magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, copper, B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6), amino acids and antioxidants.
5. Better affect the psyche - beer contains no fat, relaxes muscles and encourages the body to work.  It is known with it’s ability to reduce stress and reduce the risk of depression.
