It is necessary:

12.3 oz (350 g) peeled, choped zucchini (into cubes without seeds)

22.9 oz (650 g) blended bananas

12.3 oz (350 g) sugar

1 large lemon

1 jam fix

½ teaspoon cinnamon

2-3 star anise

Vanilla pods

1 tablespoon rum

Preparation:

Boil the zucchini in water (just cover them) to soften. Strain and grind (only the zucchini throw the water).

Add the mashed bananas, sugar (2 tablespoons jam leave for a fix), and cook over low heat stirring constantly (because otherwise it will stick to the bottom).

When the compound begins to boil, cook for another 3 minutes while stirring again. Remove it from the heat; add lemon juice, cinnamon to taste, rum, vanilla and anise.
